Becoming a Parish Councillor
You can become a Parish Councillor in two principal ways.
You can stand for election. Th next 'all-up' election for Waterbeach Parish Council will be held in May 2014.
You can fill a casual vacancy. If a Parish Councillor leaves office for any reason, there is a vacancy. This can either be filled by election or by co-option. Details can be found below.
